Coaches are not licensed therapists unless specifically stated. Feedback, suggestions, and strategies are for enhancement of mental performance and should not be interpreted as medical guidance.

2.3 Suitability

Our platform is designed for athletes, performers, and individuals seeking performance coaching. It is not suitable for users with serious mental health conditions.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

3.2 Registration

Users must register with accurate details. Duplicate or fake accounts are prohibited.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3.4 Code of Conduct

Users must:

4. Services Offered

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Booking Requirements

  • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance

  • Users can view available time slots from coach profiles

5.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are handled via third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal)

  • We do not store payment credentials directly

5.3 Refunds and Rescheduling

  • No refunds once a session has occurred

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice

  • Packages must be used within stated validity periods

5.4 Subscription Options

We may offer monthly/quarterly packages with predefined usage limits. Failure to use sessions within the timeframe may result in expiration.

6. AI Feedback and Limitations

6.1 Non-Diagnostic Feedback

AI feedback is generated for informational purposes and does not constitute psychological or psychiatric diagnosis.

6.2 Review by Coaches

Feedback may be reviewed by a coach, but final recommendations are subject to coach discretion.

6.3 User Responsibility

Users must independently evaluate any AI recommendations before applying them in training or competition.

7. Confidentiality and Data Use

7.1 Private Session Data

All data shared in sessions or assessments remains confidential and is stored securely. Coaches are bound by confidentiality agreements.

7.2 Use of Feedback and Analytics

Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for improving services and publishing insights, but never in a personally identifiable way.

7.3 AI Processing

Assessment answers are processed securely through AI tools hosted within vetted infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 User Restrictions

You may not:
