3. Nature of MySportPsych Services
MySportPsych provides access to online sport psychology, mental coaching, and performance-enhancement services.
The platform is designed to support areas such as confidence, focus, motivation, emotional regulation, preparation, reflection, resilience, performance habits, and mental skills training.
MySportPsych is not a medical, psychiatric, clinical psychology, therapy, counselling, emergency, or crisis intervention service.
Unless explicitly stated by an individual coach based on their own credentials and legal scope of practice, services provided through MySportPsych should not be treated as:
- Medical advice;
- Psychiatric advice;
- Clinical diagnosis;
- Psychological diagnosis;
- Therapy or counselling;
- Emergency mental health support;
- Crisis intervention;
- A substitute for professional healthcare.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, risk of self-harm, risk of harm to others, or urgent distress, you should contact local emergency services, a crisis helpline, your doctor, or an appropriate healthcare provider immediately.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
MySportPsych and its coaches do not guarantee specific performance results, team selection, improved rankings, competition outcomes, mental health outcomes, or personal achievements.
Performance improvement depends on many factors, including the client’s personal circumstances, consistency, training environment, physical preparation, coaching relationship, and application of strategies.
Any examples, testimonials, assessments, or educational content are provided for general guidance and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book services independently.
If services are made available to users under 18, they should only be used with appropriate parental or guardian consent and in line with applicable laws, safeguarding responsibilities, and professional requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or restrict access where we believe use of the platform is inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
6. User Accounts
Users may need to create an account to book sessions, access services, complete assessments, or manage appointments.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Keep your login details secure;
- Not share your account with others;
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access;
- Not create fake, misleading, duplicate, or impersonation accounts.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own negligence or technical failure.
7. Coach Profiles and Coach Approval
MySportPsych may review coach applications before allowing coaches to offer services on the platform.
Coach approval may involve reviewing qualifications, experience, professional information, digital presence, submitted documents, or other relevant details. Approval does not mean MySportPsych guarantees every aspect of a coach’s professional conduct, suitability, or results.
Coaches are responsible for ensuring that their profile information, credentials, qualifications, professional claims, availability, pricing, and service descriptions are accurate and lawful.
MySportPsych may edit, hide, reject, suspend, or remove coach profiles where information appears inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, inappropriate, or inconsistent with platform standards.
8. Bookings, Payments, and Packages
Sessions must be booked through the platform or any approved booking process provided by MySportPsych.
Payment may be required before a session is confirmed. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. MySportPsych does not intentionally store full card details or sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.
Service prices, packages, availability, currencies, discounts, and validity periods may vary and will be shown on the relevant booking or checkout page where applicable.
Package sessions must be used within the stated validity period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MySportPsych may update pricing, packages, or service availability from time to time.
9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show rules may depend on the service, coach, package, and booking terms shown at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions or late attendance may be treated as used.
- Rescheduling may require reasonable advance notice.
- Refunds may be refused where a user fails to attend, provides incorrect information, misuses the platform, or breaches these Terms.
- If a coach needs to cancel or reschedule, MySportPsych or the coach may offer an alternative time, replacement session, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Any refund remains subject to payment processor rules, transaction charges, currency conversion, and applicable law.

Clients and coaches should use the meeting links provided in booking confirmations, reminder emails, or appointment details.
MySportPsych is not responsible for missed sessions, calendar conflicts, incorrect availability, or access issues caused by a coach’s calendar settings, incorrect account connection, third-party outages, or user error.
