Assessment tools and feedback on MySportPsych are intended for mental performance education and coaching support. They are not medical assessments, psychological diagnosis, psychiatric diagnosis, or emergency support tools.

4. Google Calendar and Google Meet Integration

MySportPsych is integrating Google Calendar and Google Meet through Google OAuth so approved coaches can connect their own Google Calendar accounts for appointment scheduling and online session link generation.

If an approved coach connects their Google Calendar account:

  • MySportPsych may access the list of calendars available in the coach’s Google account so the coach can choose which calendar to use for MySportPsych appointments.
  • MySportPsych may create, view, update, and delete calendar events related to MySportPsych bookings.
  • This access is used only for appointment scheduling, Google Meet link generation, appointment updates, appointment cancellations, sending session details, and helping prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • MySportPsych does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing profiling, or unrelated purposes.
  • MySportPsych does not sell Google user data.
  • Coaches can disconnect Google Calendar from the platform or revoke access from their Google Account permissions page.

MySportPsych’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar access is used only to provide user-facing scheduling functionality connected to MySportPsych appointments.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide and manage MySportPsych services;
  • Create and manage user accounts;
  • Process bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and confirmations;
  • Connect clients with approved coaches;

AI-generated feedback is intended for informational and performance-development purposes only. It should not be treated as medical advice, clinical diagnosis, psychiatric diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or a guarantee of performance improvement.

Where AI tools are used, we aim to limit the information shared to what is necessary for the relevant service. We do not intentionally use private client assessment data to make emergency, medical, or clinical decisions.
